Kim Say has more than 20 years experience in marketing and has covered 13 countries in the Asia Pacific region.
Kim has worked in hardware and software IT multinationals like
Cisco Systems, PeopleSoft, Systems Software Associates, Hewlett-Packard, as well as local media company Singapore Press Holdings.Over the years, Kim has honed her strategic and
tactical skills in various aspects of above- and below-the-line marketing. These areas included regional integrated marketing campaigns, e-Marketing/online marketing, channel marketing,
Enterprise and SMB segment marketing, vertical marketing, market research & intelligence, product positioning, communications, advertising, branding, public relations, events,
sales enablement, and agency vendor management.
Having worked closely with local and global colleagues in different job roles – Marketing, Sales, Channel, Finance, as well as external Channel Partners, media and agency
vendors – Kim is very familiar with the prerequisites of these job roles at all levels: seniors, peers, subordinates. Coupled with a wide network of industry contacts,
this is an advantage that she would leverage in her executive search role.
Kim has a Business Administration degree, specializing in Marketing, with National University of Singapore. Well traveled, Kim enjoys suspense thriller movies,
documentaries, history, art, architecture, and interior décor.
