Kenneth Leow has about 20 years experience in the Information Technology
Industry.
Prior to joining Resource Dynamics, Kenneth was the MD of Red Pepper software for Asia.
Red Pepper was a Start-up in the Optimization Technology for the Supply Chain sector. He
became the Vice President (Sales) for Peoplesoft Asia when Peoplesoft acquired Red Pepper in
October 1996.
He started his career with then called NCR where he began his sales & marketing training.
He serviced the Banking and Finance sector, then the premier division within NCR. Later, he
was headhunted to join KODAK where he headed the Healthcare division for Singapore and
Malaysia.
Kenneth then moved on to become the Regional Sales Manager for Pansophic Asia when ERP
became the strategic IT driver for most manufacturing companies. He headed up the
application group within Computer Associates when CA acquired Pansophic in 1989. The
major markets covered in CA include Public Sector, Telco, Banking/Insurance, Services,
Healthcare, Retail and Manufacturing.
He was further head-hunted to be the Director of Sales for Mincom International where he
ran the Asian Operations. Mincom caters to the Capital Intensive markets like Telco,
Transportation, Infrastructure, Utilities, Ports and Mining.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Engineering (second upper class honors) from the National
University of Singapore and he is ASPICS certified. Previously, he has been a Sales Coach
and a Public speaker on topics like HR Strategy, Re-engineering and Supply Chain concepts.
In his spare time, Kenneth is keen to service the community at large. He in involved in the
Rotarian movement and he is the President-Elect for year 2005/2006. Kenneth is also the
founding member of the Asia Speakers’ Association and plays golf in his free time.
Kenneth is happily married with two boys and has resided in Singapore all his life.
