Role:
- Acts as a business analyst to our customer’s internal line of businesses, especially in Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Education.
- Ensures that the business requirements are clearly understood and translated into SAP solutions that meet the business requirements.
- Defines technical solutions for business requirements, and assumes a leadership role within the organization as a champion and spokesperson for the technical solution.
- Ensures that line of business’s needs, not effectively addressed within the current solutions, are communicated and understood by global IT team for take up into next enhancement cycle and/or the standard product development cycle.
- Leads and manages implementation projects for our customer in the Asia Pacific Japan region, working closely with global IT team and the project team
- Provides both application and business process support to key users and management in Asia Pacific – attend to user’s queries and monitor trouble tickets.
- Acts as a domain expert within Asia Pacific Japan region
Requirements:
- A degree in computer science or other relevant studies
- At least with 3-5 years experience/exposure to CRM solution and business processes, SAP Solution implementation preferred
- Strong customer interaction skills, communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, proven track record in managing complex projects and working in multinational, multicultural environments
- Able to work under extreme pressure, critical situations, and extreme tight deadlines
- Demonstrates ongoing drive to continuously expand one’s own professional capabilities to fuel the continued/ongoing growth and success of our customer.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of customers’ business issues and provides business solutions Demonstrates concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of customers
- Works collaboratively with virtual team across the organization to achieve group goals; energizes people to work together to accomplish business results
- In depth knowledge in SAP CRM and/or in other competitive solutions in CRM
- SAP Business Information Warehouse & SAP ERP knowledge is an additional advantage
