In addition, we believe that Quality drives the entire Client-Search Firm-Candidate relationship. Throughout the process, we are the middleperson handling communications and feedback between both parties. We aim to provide constructive yet thorough feedback to facilitate a smooth transition. We also aim to be thorough in covering clients’ requirements, researching candidates’ background, and in the documentation that we provide to both parties.
